Summary:A mobile communications network is a communications network that performs both circuit switching and packet switching. A data communications network is a communications network that performs packet switching. A communication apparatus is capable of connecting to the mobile communications network and the data communications network. The communication apparatus includes a communication control unit which obtains access from a mobile station to the mobile communications network, terminates the access whose call type is packet-switched call, and replaces that access with access to the data communications network.
