Summary: | Disclosed herein are ways to solubilize aspirin for parenteral administration containing aspirin and a diluent NNDMA (N,N-Dimethylacetamide) useful in the treatment of acute coronary syndromes as well as other disease states. The solution so constituted is stable at room temperature for prolonged periods without decomposition and avoids significant hydrolysis of the aspirin and thus the loss of the anti-platelet action when stored. |
