A camera controlling and image storing apparatus, the apparatus includes an image acquiring unit for acquiring synchronized images from multiple cameras losslessly, one or more ingest agents for storing the acquired images, and controlling pan, tilt and zoom operations of the cameras based on the acquired images, and a central server for transmitting a control command to the ingest agents, and receiving and integrating collectively the stored images of the ingets agent.
