The reflector antenna coupled to a front side of the secondary mount; an electronics enclosure of the reflector antenna positioned on a back side of the secondary mount, the electronics enclosure coupled to the reflector antenna. A dielectric enclosure provided with a front face and a side surface coupled to the primary mount. The front face spaced away from the reflector antenna, outside of a range of motion of the directional antenna in the second axis.
