Summary:The invention relates to a cosmetic treatment method for improving the superficial appearance of the skin, and especially for reducing the visible and/or tactile irregularities of the skin, such as cutaneous microrelief. According to said method, a filling product is applied to the irregularities, said product resulting from a hydrosilylation reaction, in the presence of a catalyst, between two compounds X and Y, at least one of said compounds being a silicone compound, and both compounds being brought into contact with each other in the presence of a catalyst such that the reaction occurs at least partially on the skin.
