Summary:An object is to provide a novel benzoxazole derivative. Another object is to reduce driving voltage of a light-emitting element. Still another object is to reduce power consumption of a light-emitting element, a light-emitting device, and an electronic device. A benzoxazole derivative represented by General Formula (G1) is provided. The benzoxazole derivative represented by General Formula (G1) has an electron-injecting property and an electron-transporting property; accordingly, it can be favorably used for a light-emitting element, a light-emitting device, and an electronic device.
