Summary:A method and apparatus for a wireless communication network with mobile wireless devices, where the wireless communication network is at least in part controlled by a wireless network service provider that provides wireless network services to subscribers, the wireless devices including terminals capable of communication in the wireless communication network and capable of connecting to the Internet, each terminal having a removable USIM under the control of the wireless network service provider, wherein the USIM is provided to a subscriber for installation in the subscriber's terminal for controlling the terminal's access to the service provider's wireless communication network and to the Internet.
