Summary:A tool for the removal and insertion of the retaining pins used to maintain teeth, or caps, on heavy equipment. The tool has an elongated body with the majority portion of the ends being angled and the remaining portion chamfered. A handle extends from the body and on the opposing side is a pin removal bar at right angles to the body which has a sufficient length to extend beyond the teeth. Preferably the pin removal bar is offset from the center of the body to position the pin removal bar proximate the tooth adjacent to the pin to be removed. A removal pin is affixed to the distal end of the pin removal bar and has a length slightly less than a distance between teeth.
