DEVICE AND METHOD FOR AMPLIFYING RADIOCOMMUNICATION SIGNALS

The present invention relates to a method for amplifying radiocommunication signals via a string (401) of amplifiers (412) associated with a gain controller (413) receiving an amplification setpoint (Vatt) of constant value (Vfgm), in order to produce an amplification of constant gain (FGM) or of va...

Summary:The present invention relates to a method for amplifying radiocommunication signals via a string (401) of amplifiers (412) associated with a gain controller (413) receiving an amplification setpoint (Vatt) of constant value (Vfgm), in order to produce an amplification of constant gain (FGM) or of variable value (Valc), in order to produce an amplification (ALC) with constant amplified power (Pout) with the aid of a first regulator (406) that is able to deliver this variable value setpoint (Valc) based on a measurement of the amplified power (Pout). According to the invention, such a method is characterized in that, in constant gain amplification mode (FGM), a setpoint transmitted by the first regulator (406) is held at a value close to the setpoint (Vfgm).
