Summary:A first server for providing a service site that provides a user, who operates a user terminal, with a given service, generates a unique identifier when a service provided to a certain user satisfies a given condition, generates a network address with the first server set as a destination and with the identifier, registers information indicating that an authority is valid in association with the identifier in a storage device, and notifies the user of the network address. The network address represents an authority for enabling the user to receive granting of a given privilege from a campaign site provided on a second server.
