Summary:From a case-sensitive technical identifier referencing a resource and having upper case letters, a bit string is generated. The bit string identifies whether each letter in the case-sensitive technical identifier is upper case or lower case. In addition, the upper case letters in the case-sensitive technical identifier are converted to lower case and are concatenated with the bit string to generate a case-insensitive technical identifier.
