Summary:A door of a vehicle is opened and closed by a handle mounted to the side of the door. In the door, a vehicle door lock control connected to the handle comprises a base plate on which an operating lever and a release lever are pivotally secured. The release lever is connected to a door-latching device which engages with or disengages from a vehicle body. The door is placed by a knob via a knob lever in a locked position where the door cannot be opened by the handle. The knob is coupled to the knob lever.
