The two elongate flexible members attach the cover to the base frame. The lock loop allows for flexibility in locking solutions. The buckle connects with the lock loop to establish a secure entry point to the spa. The device allows for the use of other spa cover lifting devices and does not interfere with maintenance or servicing.
