Summary:The interaction between a filling valve ( 28 ) on the filling device and an adapter valve on a bottle adapter has improved anesthetics filling features including radially inwardly directed bars ( 26 ), which engage (pass into) corresponding slots on the outlet pipe of the bottle adapter.
