Summary:A support service charge calculating device comprises an accumulating means for accumulating in a storage means information on the use of the support service by customers during the support service providing period concerning an information processor provided to the customers on the condition that the customers pay a fixed charge, a calculating means for calculating the cost on the use during the providing period by using information on the use, and a determining means for determining the amount to be returned to the customers from the fixed charge when the relationship between the fixed charge and the use charge satisfies a predetermined condition.
