Summary:It is disclosed that there is an electronic cash sharing system and a method thereof that are adaptive for settling an account with an electronic cash at various member shops by sharing the member shops with electronic cash issuing companies. An electronic cash sharing system according to the present invention includes an issuing group having at least two issuing companies that issue electronic cashes; a routing server located between the issuing group and the terminal of the user for being stored with location information of the issuing companies of the issuing group; and a plurality of member shops for selling goods over the Internet.
