Summary:An antioxidant sensor according to an aspect of the disclosure includes: a touch sensor; a light source configured to emit light of a predetermined wavelength onto an object touching the touch sensor; a light receiver configured to receive light returning from the object; and a processor configured to extract an image of a contact surface of the object based on a sensor value of the touch sensor, to analyze the extracted image of the contact surface, and to obtain an antioxidant signal of the object by driving the light source based on a result of analyzing the image of the contact surface.
