Summary:The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). Embodiments of the present application provides a method for hybrid automatic repeat-request HARQ-ACK feedback of semi-persistent scheduling data, applied to a user equipment UE, the method including: determining, according to first information, a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource for the HARQ-ACK feedback, wherein the first information includes at least one of HARQ-ACK feedback timing, the number of bits of the HARQ-ACK of semi-persistent scheduling physical downlink shared channel (SPS PDSCH) to be reported, and the number of the SPS PDSCHs corresponding to the HARQ-ACK to be reported, a PUCCH resource set, and a PUCCH period; performing the HARQ-ACK feedback according to the PUCCH resource for the HARQ-ACK feedback and a HARQ-ACK codebook. The present application improves the efficiency of the HARQ-ACK feedback of the SPS PDSCH.
