The lighting device includes: a first light source; and a second light source having lower light efficiency than the first light source and having a lower light intensity than the first light source in a blue light wavelength region, in which power is supplied to the first light source and the second light source so that a ratio of power consumption of the first light source to power consumption of the second light source becomes 1:n, and n is greater than 1.
