Summary:The present invention provides a hand hygiene system implemented on a computer comprising:a health management program including a cleaning hand module implemented on said computer; anda sanitizer dispenser equipped with a sensor that is connected to said computer;wherein every time the dispenser is used, the computer receives a signal indicating that the dispenser was used, andwherein said health management program entails access to a new/consequent patient file only when receiving said signal,whereby said hand hygiene system makes the performance of hand hygiene an obligatory action in between patients.
