Summary:An electronic device that includes a display module having an active area that includes at least one pixel and a module hole and a non-active area adjacent to the active area that does not include a pixel. A window is disposed on the display module. A functional layer is disposed between the display module and the window. The functional layer includes a first opening defined therethrough that overlaps with the module hole. A light blocking layer is disposed on at least one of upper and lower surfaces of the functional layer and is positioned adjacent to the first opening. An electronic module is disposed in an opening formed by at least one of the module hole and the first opening.
