Summary:A method may include receiving registration information from a first user equipment (UE) device and identifying a first multicast service associated with the first UE device. The method may also include transmitting, to the first UE device, a first file associated with the first multicast service and determining a number of UE devices associated with the first multicast service that have provided registration information. The method may further include determining whether a threshold associated with the number of UE devices that have provided registration information has been reached and initiating a broadcast of content associated with the first multicast service, in response to determining that the threshold has been reached.
