Summary: | The present invention relates to a composition for dyeing and/or bleaching human keratin fibers, such as the hair, comprising: a) at 0.15% of at least one neutralized fatty acid, please confirm the minimum amount of fatty acid salt in the ready to use composition b) at least one non ionic surfactant, c) at least one non associative polymer chosen from amphoteric polymers, cationic polymers and mixture thereof, d) at least 10% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, of at least one fatty substance other than fatty acids, e) at least one oxidizing agent, and f) optionally at least one oxidation dye precursor and/or at least one direct dye. The invention also relates to a method for treating human keratin fibres using this composition. |
