Summary:The present disclosure is directed toward a device and a method for evaluating a wireless link established between an access point and a user equipment. The device and method include determining a level of Quality of Experience of an application intended to be run on the user equipment using a mapping between a parameter representative of the QoE of the application under different wireless transmission conditions and sets of parameters representative of said different transmission conditions of the wireless link.
