The outer mounting rail is secured to the inner mounting rail by fasteners. The inner mounting rail has a top flange, first and second end flanges, a bottom flange, and a side surface. The outer mounting rail has a top flange, an end flange, a bottom flange, and a side surface. The side surfaces of the inner mounting rail and the outer mounting rail have a plurality of mounting features for securing bundling clips that receive a plurality of cables.
