Summary:An electronic device in a first aspect includes: a housing comprising metal that houses an electronic component; a cover comprising resin that covers at least a part of a principal surface of the housing from an outside; and a screw screwed into the housing via a through-hole provided at the cover and, the screw having a head that protrudes to the outside from the cover. A larger-diameter part having a diameter larger than a diameter of a screw part is provided on a head side of the screw. A larger-diameter step-down part that fits the larger-diameter part is provided on the principal surface of the housing.
