Summary:An image capture apparatus includes an image capture element and a spatial filter. The spatial filter is disposed on the image capture element. The spatial filter includes a plurality of translucent substrates and a plurality of light shielding structures. The plurality of light shielding structures and the plurality of translucent substrates are alternately arranged along a first direction. Each of the light shielding structures at least includes a light absorbing layer, and the light absorbing layer has a plurality of first openings respectively corresponding to the pixel regions. At least one of the plurality of light shielding structures includes a reflective layer and a light absorbing layer stacked to each other. The reflective layer has a plurality of second openings respectively overlapped with the plurality of first openings of the light absorbing layer of the at least one of the plurality of light shielding structures.
