Summary:[Solution] An information processing apparatus according to the present disclosure includes: a radio wave information learning section configured to record a plurality of pieces of radio wave information detected in a house and learn radio wave information of a plurality of terminals supposed to be in the house on a basis of the recorded radio wave information; and a control section configured to compare newly detected radio wave information and the radio wave information of the plurality of terminals supposed to be in the house based on a result of the learning, and perform processing for changing an operating state of a system that manages the house in a case where none of the plurality of terminals supposed to be in the house were detected for a prescribed time or more.
