Summary:A skin smoothing composition that has from about 0.5 to about 10%, by weight, of an interpenetrating polymer that is a co-polymer of polyurethane and a polyacrylic polymer. The composition further contains from about 0.1% to about 5%, by weight, of a thickener made from homopolymers of acrylic acid crosslinked with a cross linker selected from the group consisting of an allyl ether pentaerythritol, allyl ether of sucrose, allyl ether of propylene and mixtures thereof and from about 10 to 98% water.
