The powder coating material comprises a powder (X) composed of a composition (α) comprising a fluororesin (A) and an ultraviolet absorber (B), and a powder (Y) composed of a composition (β) comprising a thermosetting resin (C) other than a fluororesin, a curing agent (D) and a light stabilizer (E).
