Summary: | Provided is an adhesive agent composition comprising: a copolymer in which a polar functional group-containing monomer is polymerized by the content ratio of 10 weight parts to 50 weight parts with respect to 100 weight parts of a (meth)acrylic acid ester-based monomer; thermally conductive inorganic fillers; and a hollow glass filler or gas bubbles. Also provided is a method for preparing the adhesive agent composition, comprising the steps of: preparing a copolymer by polymerizing a polar functional group-containing monomer by the content ratio of 10 weight parts to 50 weight parts with respect to 100 weight parts of a (meth)acrylic acid ester-based monomer; adding thermally conductive inorganic fillers, a surface-active agent, a photoinitiator, and a photocuring agent to the copolymer to prepare a mixture; and adding a hollow glass filler or injecting gas bubbles into the mixture. |
