Summary:A shelf unit for a kiosk which is configured to display items includes a plurality of dividers which maintain the items in respective positions on an insert disposed within a recessed top surface of the shelf. The insert includes a magnetically permeable material. A magnetic attraction exists between the dividers and the insert to secure the dividers in position. The dividers are movably positionable on the insert, with each of the dividers including a magnet and shielding material. The shielding material redirects magnetic flux emanating from the magnet toward the insert. The items are seated between the dividers on the insert.
