The disclosed nonaqueous electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery comprises a fluorine-containing lithium salt, an organic solvent, and an organic silicon compound represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R_1 to R_6 are independently C1-C10 alkyl groups or C1-C10 alkoxy groups. The nonaqueous electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery can improve capacity properties and lifespan properties of a lithium secondary battery including the same, and can reduce resistance.
