Summary: | The invention discloses an isatin parent nucleus spiro compound with antibacterial activity as shown in a structural formula (I), wherein R1 is selected from hydrogen, halogen or alkyl radicals of C1to C3; R2 is selected from the alkyl radicals of C1 to C3 and benzyl; and R3 and R3' are selected from hydrogen and phenyl. The compound adopts isatin or an isatin derivative, fatty alcohol and a dicarbonyl compound as raw materials, and is synthesized by heating the raw materials in an organic solvent under the catalysis of a strong-acidic cation-exchange resin, ferrocene and palladium acetate. The compound is novel in material structure, mild in reaction conditions, and suitable for industrial production. The antibacterial activity test shows that the compound has a better bacteriostasis effect and a better pharmaceutical development value. The structural formula (I) is shown in the description. |
