Summary:The invention discloses a porous hydrophobic fluorine-containing polymer membrane production method, and the method comprises the steps of mixing a fluorine-containing polymer, a multifunctional pore former and a solvent to obtain a mixture; removing the pore former and the solvent from a membrane when the membrane is produced from the mixture to obtain a porous hydrophobic fluorine-containing polymer membrane. The structure of the pore former is that R1 is a C1-8 alkyl, a C2-8 alkenyl, a C2-8 alkynyl, or a C6-12 aromatic base, and A is bicarbonate ion, dihydrogen phosphate ion, nitrate ion, halogen ion or the combination of the four. The invention also discloses a porous hydrophobic fluorine-containing polymer membrane. The porous hydrophobic fluorine-containing polymer membrane produced by the production method can improve MD flux effectively.
