Summary:The hydro-mechanical perforator has housing with mandrels, the mandrels are equipped with plate springs installed at the outer side of the mandrels, and back springs, those are installed in the sockets of the body; spring-supported piston with conical rod with overflow valve, cylinder with channel for connection of the over-piston and the under-piston cavities for control of the lower position of the piston in the cylinder. The perforator is equipped with mechanism for fixation of the mandrels, this is arranged as a ball support placed in the housing, and the back springs are arranged as compression springs.
