Summary:Invention relates to the metallurgy, in particular, to the devices for continuous pouring of steel, and it can be used for replacing the submerged fireproof containers. Manipulator contains platform with rotary column, holder for holding the container, which has the capability of rotary motion on the pins relative to its carrying console, actuating cylinder, housing of which is hinged with the rotary column, stock cinematically connected with the console. Console is hingedly suspended with the help of the levers on the horizontal bracket, rigidly fixed on the rotary column and forms a parallelogram mechanism. The holder has an ear, which with the help of the connecting rod is connected with the ear on the housing of rotary column. The manipulator simplifies its operation and reduces its cost.
