Summary: | The present invention relates to a converter for converting input direct voltage into output direct voltage, which can be used in electron-beam and ion-beam devices. The converter contains a switching inverter, an isolating transformer with a potential barrier, and a rectifier with a filter. The primary winding of the transformer is connected to the output of the inverter in series with a series resonance circuit consisting of a capacitor and an inductance coil. The rectifier is connected to the secondary winding of the transformer. The proposed converter provides a possibility to exclude negative effect of leakage inductance in electric circuits. |
