A pinion hydro-machine with external coupling with controlled feeding has the body and the driving and the driven pinions placed in cylindrical reborings of the body with formation of cavities of high and low pressure. The pins of the pinions are installed in the slide bearings connected to each other in pairs over the surface of arc-like depression arranged at the outer radial surface. The arc-like depressions are arranged at the outer radial surface of the slide bearings of the driving pinion and the slide bearings of the driven pinion are arranged with eccentric placement of openings and installed in the body of the pump with possibility of turn with respect to the axis. Such implementation makes it possible to control the feeding of the hydro-machine.
