Summary: | A device for machining the spherical surfaces of parts includes a spindle for fastening of workpiece, a drive of the rotation of spindle, mechanisms of axial displacement and oscillation of the spindle. In accordance with the invention, the drive of rotation of the spindle contains a housing, in which bearings are fixed, in which, without clearance, the spindle is mounted, the mechanism of oscillation of spindle contains a cantilever plate mounted on the faceplate of rotary table, and the drive of oscillation. Furthermore, the mechanism of axial displacement of spindle contains two keys and screws, the keys are fixed on the housing of the drive of rotation of spindle in such a manner that their common axis is parallel with the axis of spindle, the keys are placed in the groove of the cantilever plate of the mechanism of oscillation with possibility of their displacement over the groove, and the screw is fixed on the cantilever plate and it is cinematically connected with the housing of the drive of rotation of spindle. Furthermore, the device is equipped with two additional keys, which are placed in the groove of the faceplate of rotary table and are fixed on the cantilever plate in such a manner that their common axis is perpendicular with the axis of groove, which is executed in the cantilever plate. The device is equipped with two screws of the transverse correction of the position of the axis of spindle, which are fixed on the cantilever plate along the groove of faceplate, on its both sides, and it is cinematically connected with the faceplate. The invention ensures the increase of accuracy of machining of the spherical surfaces of parts. |
