Summary:The method for manufacturing the orthopedic insole consists in embossing the insole matching the relief of the plantar surface providing for the thickening below the vault of the foot corresponding to its shape, size, and configuration. The hollow chamber generated in the insole workpiece is filled with the plastic material and the insole is placed onto the matrix made with the recess reproducing the shape, the size, and the configuration of the thickening below the vault of the foot. Then the insole workpiece is pressed by the upper half of the matrix and kept under the press until the completion of plastic hardening.
