Summary:This invention relates to the area of defense technology and can be used at modernization of antitank technique to enlarge its fighting possibilities to modern needs, at development of the samples of the new complexes of armored equipment. The method for hitting the armored target with a rotary shell (rocket) includes the start of the shell, its travel at ballistic or horizontal trajectory at overshoot over the target for effective hitting with "impart core" or cumulative jet of the live part, from the above, through suspending the live part at the axis of rotation at spherical bearings, with provision of minimal friction in the supports; placing the axis of rotation of the love part over the center of mass of the live part in direction of the force of gravity, and hitting the target from above. This makes it possible to exclude possibility of collision of the shell with natural or artificial obstacles between the gunlayer and the target, to decrease effect of dust, smoke at the battlefield, decrease effectiveness of action of the complexes for active protection of tank, installation of smoke screens; to provide hitting of small quick armored targets from a moving tank, to hit the tanks from above where the armored protection is minimal, to decrease hitting of the shell with the means of anti-aircraft complexes due to travel at limiting small height, to hit the tanks in trenches.
