Summary: | A straight-jet burner for obtaining pyrogenic superfine metal oxides from chlorides or chloroorganic compounds of these metals contains chamber for mixing reactants, tubular body, sectioned nozzle of several flat ribs disposed therein, mouthpiece for discharge of mixed reactants, annular coaxial mouthpiece for generation of the enveloping layer of combustible gas and branch pipes for supply of combustible gas, and also the branch pipe for reactant vapor. In the upper part of the tubular body and coaxially, thereto the chamber of combustible gas being disposed, which chamber is separated from the mixing chamber by a removable cup with several orifices inclined to the burner axis at an angle of 10-30 DEGREE , the axis of the branch pipe for delivery of air mixture with reactants coincides with the burner axis, and flat ribs of the nozzle are brought in the mixing chamber above the orifices of combustible gas. |
