An optoelectronic module comprises in every digit a regenerative optron connected to the power supply bus, which includes a light source, a photoreceiver and an amplifier. Every digit comprises two in series-connected photoreceivers , the united terminals of which are connected to input of a regenerative optron, and other terminals - to the corresponding input busses, one of thereof is optically connected to the light source of the previous digit, other - to the light source of the next digit. RS-trigger, D- trigger, two AND elements, a convertor and the light source, as well as a fourth photoreceiver to first digit are incorporated. Оптоелектронний модуль містить в кожному розряді підключений до шини живлення регенеративний оптрон з джерела світла, фотоприймача та підсилювача, крім того, кожний розряд містить два послідовно з'єднаних фотоприймачі, об'єднані виводи яких підключені до входу регенеративного оптрона, а інші виводи - до відповідних вхідних шин, причому один з них оптично з'єднаний з джерелом світла попереднього розряду, інший - з джерелом світла наступного розряду. Введено RS-тригер, D-тригер, два елементи І, інвертор і джерело світла, а також четвертий фотоприймач у перший розряд.Оптоэлектронный модуль содержит в каждом разряде подключенный к шине питания регенеративный оптрон из источника света, фотоприемника и усилителя, кроме того, каждый разряд содержит два последовательно соединенных фотоприемника, объединенные выводы которых подключены к входу регенеративного оптрона, а другие выводы - к соответствующим входным шинам, причем один из них оптически соединен с источником света предыдущего разряда, другой - с источником света следующего разряда.
