Способ восстановления целостности просвета желудочно-кишечного тракта включает иссечение язвы и наложение однорядного прецизионного экстрамукозного инвертированного шва, захватывающего серозную, мышечную и подслизистую оболочки. Спосіб відновлення цілісності просвіту шлунково-кишкового тракту включає висічення виразки та накладання однорядного прецизійного екстрамукозного інвертованого шва. В шов підхоплюють серозну, м'язову та підслизову оболонки.
