Summary: | The proposed device for simulating a neuron contains synaptic elements, an adder, a logic unit, and additionally, a switching unit. The inputs of the synaptic elements are connected to the corresponding inputs of the proposed device. The address inputs of the proposed device are connected to the address inputs of the logic unit. The inputs of the adder are connected to the outputs of the corresponding synaptic elements. The first output of the adder is connected to the signal input of the switching unit, and the second output is connected to the signal input of the logic unit. The output for indicating the zero state of the adder is connected to the control input of the switching unit. The output of the switching unit is used as the output of the proposed device. |
