Summary:A method for determination of the adequacy of carbohydrate methabolism compensation in patients with diabetes mellitus consists in measurement of the biological system glycosylated proteins. The qualitative and quantitative content of glycosylated proteins in survey patients are determined with different periods of life and half-life and according to the qualitative and quantitative content of proteins with increased glycosylation the adequacy of carbohydrate methabolism compensation in patients with diabetes mellitus is estimated.
