Summary:The proposed device for generating light signals contains a ring counter, a power-supply unit, AND logic elements, a coding unit, a decoding unit, a program control unit, a displaying unit, switches, and a timing generator. The output of the ring counter is connected to the first output of the program control unit, and the outputs are connected to the first inputs of the AND logic elements. The second inputs of the logic elements are connected to the corresponding outputs of the coding unit, and the outputs are connected to the inputs of the switches. The inputs of the coding unit are connected to the outputs of the decoding unit. The inputs of the decoding init are connected to the outputs of the timing generator. The inputs of the timing generator are connected to the second inputs of the program control unit. The displaying unit contains an array of cells for generating picture elements. Each cell contains resistors and three rastersof light-emitting diodes of the same color. The first terminals of the resistors are connected to the terminals of the corresponding light-emitting diodes, and the second terminals are used as the input terminals of the displaying unit.
