Summary:A method for the preparation of catalysts of carbon nanotubes chemical precipitation from gas phase comprises coprecipitation of gydroxides of aluminium, iron and molybdenum from aqueous solution of salts of mentioned metals, washing, drying and grinding the precipitate. For coprecipitation of mentioned hydroxides to the solution of salts of aluminium, iron and molybdenum carbamide is added and heated to a complete precipitation in the range of temperatures from 80 DEGREE C to the boiling temperature.
