Summary: | A hinged operating unit of helical conveyer contains hingedly connected together sections of helical spirals, which are executed in the form of front sidewalls connected together by rods, to which is rigidly fixed a helical edge. Front sidewalls are connected together through the radial fingers, which are mounted in intermediate element. Radial fingers are mounted in one plane, one of fingers is continuous and is located in open-end holes of stepped antifriction bushings, which by their external cylindrical surface are mounted in open-end holes of axial lugs of front sidewalls, and by internalface they interact with the lugs of intermediate element. The second pair of radial fingers is located perpendicular to the continuous finger and by one side it contacts with it. Other side is located in the blind holes of another pair of stepped antifriction bushings. On to center of operating unitcontinuous finger is rigidly attached to the intermediate element. |
